That's funny because I never get sore inner thighs! (though hamstrings, yes). I could use some inner thigh attention!

I can't think of any specific workouts right now, but mostly barre workouts hit that high thigh/low butt for me.

I’m so glad to see everyone mention triceps! I feel like mine are always sore these days and I don’t remember getting doms in them when I was younger. I was lightening up and skipping them in some workouts.

For me it's the quads and hamstrings. Once when I had particularly bad DOMS in my lower body I went to the super market. Afterwards, I slowly limped out to my car. A man saw me and asked why I didn't have a handicapped sticker. I was that pathetic.

Lol! Those must have been really bad DOMS! I haven't had DOMS like that since I first started working out with weights!

I seem to get bad DOMS in my triceps and chest (especially after Coffeyfit RAW upper body workout!)
