21 Day Fix?

Has anyone here tried the 21 Day Fix? If so, please feel free to share.
I'm not too sure about the exercise part. It may be too high-intensity for me. I really can no longer handle any jumping-type moves anymore.
The eating part and those adorable containers intrigue me. I'm gimmicky that way.

Since we cannot discuss diet here, if you're answering that part of the question, I guess that private message will come into play, so I'd really appreciate that.

I am 53 but very active and a regular home exerciser. I bought "21 day fix Extreme" and it kills me. I hurt in bad ways. It looked to be so awesome, but it really hurt me… boo!

21 Day Fix is less intense than Extreme Fix and has an excellent modifier that does low impact.
