Question Rachael Attard

Has anyone done her program before? If so, what is worth the money for what you get? (Tried to do a search here but still getting that Database Error). Thanks!

Do you mean the video program or one of the paper programs? I have the 3 Steps to Lean Legs Endomorph program. To tell the truth I have not done it as I tend to gravitate toward more moderate to heavier lifting. It is a lot of cardio. She wants you to do 2 workouts per day, either morning cardio with an afternoon circuit or morning cardio with more cardio in the afternoon. Rachel is a big advocate of walking and running. The circuits are bodyweight or use very light weight. I received a sample week of the video program a while back and the follow along videos were very similar to what I already described with a very mellow vibe.

I didn't realize there was both a video and paper option. I was just looking thru the website and was thinking of purchasing the Lean Legs for Endomorph program. Are they both similar?? Because of an injury for cardio I do mostly walking, not allowed to run, and I also have to use lighter weights now. But, there are some exercises, core in particular I can't do so not sure I want to spend money only to find out I have to modify everything!

Here's the link to a 5 day video program. http://www.rachaelattard.com/train-like-model-video/
A while back there was a video course that was for purchase, maybe she isn't doing it now but this gives you an example of her style. The reading material provided with the Lean Legs program places a heavy emphasis on cardio. She wants you power walking 5 days a week and running I believe 3. Let me scan the pdf for core exercises real quick and I'll see what that looks like.
ETA This is the video course.

Weeks 1-4 is 45 mins. 5 - 8 is 60 min. She says the walking is more important for the leg slimming than running (I've definitely seen that to be true for myself.) She suggests walking fasted in the morning if you can.

Thanks! I'm not allowed to run, so maybe I can start with power walking 30 minutes 5 days a week and then do some Ballet Beautiful or other floor work. I'm trying to slim my thighs but still maintain some strength. I was walking a ton over the spring and summer and my legs were the slimmest they have been in years. I guess I just need to get back into it. The treadmill is just SO boring! But, I don't think I can walk fast enough to counteract the 6 degree wind chill here!
