I need to post and run, so

1/4 - dog walk
Barre3 Strength Conditioning w/ Franny (this is the first B3 class that I've really liked!)
5 Day Fit Yoga DVD, Stress Relief Yoga
30 min. Walk, Run & Lift from Leslie's site.
1/5 - dog walk
20 min. Classic Rock Ride w/ Jenn Sherman
20 min. Best of 2020 Yoga Flow w/ Kristen McGee (she went too fast for me for most of this)
I got a really late start today, so I stuck with shorter workouts.

drive by for me too - I'm back in work-mode. Still on "holidays" but the work related to-do list is long.

Tue., 5th Jan.
45min, Steve Ross - Inhale - Workout 1, from YouTube, for Sadhana
57min, Cathe - Step Heat, 6" all low impact, for my chronology notion

2 quick dog walks (30min ea.) - not raining (at last) but SO humid, Alice was stopping for a break, wouldn't have been good to have her walking for long - so as soon as she defecated, we headed home.

no buddy workout

Tired and heading to bed

So I better post quickly. My blocks on my calendar aren't big enough to put all my mini workouts in.

Wait ... wait ... I didn't post yesterday? I swore I did. Ooops!

1/4/2021: Core 10 mins. with Selena, Glutes & legs 10 mins, Chase Tucker, Glutes & Legs 20 mins. Jess Sims, Hanna Frankson's Interval Ride (30 mins.), Ally's 70s ride (20 mins.) More of a sing a long for me.!

1/5/2021: 15 minutes Breathe (rower) followed by 45 minute Sweat (rower) with technique drills. 10 mins. Core, 10 minutes Arms & Shoulders with Sam yo, 20 mins. arms & shoulders with Adrian (this was a substitute as I just couldn't face doing side planks and push ups with the called for instructor)., Broadway Ride with Jess King (30 mins.)

Sufficiently tired.

Got some new shoes for rowing. Tested them out today. They are Merrill (Barefoot) shoes? Interesting. I think they will do nicely.

Ok, need sleep.
Good night.

Dancing with Yourself ....

And now that earworm is stuck!
Just waving hello so you know you're not alone!

I don't have time to check in as I have to go hit the floor for my scheduled challenge workout.

Today is back to work for me after quarantine.
I have to manage my time.
no sleeping in, no lollygagging on the computer.
Boy - work gets in the way of all sorts of things.

Make it a great day!
I'll be back (hopefully) tonight with my check in.
Lots of strength, rowing, cycling all in there. . .

Life is good!
