Yoga with Bird morning stretch-new one just posted. I had planned for weights or cardio but I am too tired. Maybe it will happen tomorrow.

Sherry, short gentle yoga is a gift that you can give your body even as you grieve.

Paine, maybe Sandra has that new Jessica DVD? I envy your walks with your grandson and your great weather (although we did have a bit of sun peeking out yesterday).

Pam, I didn't realize you had a sister nearby. How was your family visit?

Paine: I chose not to get Jessica's new stretch DVD. One of the two main routines uses a wall, and I just don't have a section of open wall I can use for that. This DVD does have good reviews at VF, though.

I also did the same Yoga With Bird practice that Sherry did and it felt wonderful this morning.

Beth, I lived with enough lousy weather before we moved here so I appreciate the warm sunny days we are having.

Hi!

Didn't work out yesterday as Life got in the way. So for

Today's Workout: I did Day 5 from Jessica Smith's Calm & Strong rotation. The theme was "cardio core." I no longer own the DVD she specified, and I didn't feel like messing with YouTube, so I subbed in 360 Abs from Walk Strong 1.

Total Stretch with Tamilee: Standing Stretch
Essentrics


I woke up this morning feeling the need to workout my upper body so that's what I did. Tamilee's stretch felt good afterwards.
