Oh my! I am so getting this! I
 walking with Jessica. I am hoping there isn't a lot of down time in any individual segments (like in the Belly, Buns & Thigh walk doing squats or lunges)....I want 100% walking! Her 15 Minute Fast Fat Blasts dvd is awesome!I wonder when this will be released? Denise
