When I ordered it took about 4-5 days for me to get it. I think I ordered on a Thursday and received at around Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest.

David Jack is definitely a coach in these workouts. Where Cathe, Kelly, etc workout with you, he demos and then the backgrounders show all kinds of mods - regressions/progressions.

Oftentimes I like having someone work alongside with me, but in these workouts, it works for David to be the coach. There are some awesome moves and I really like the stretches and that each phase has a cooldown that is different from the rest.

David is a master trainer/coach for Reebok and he shines in that area.

Free Flow Mobility is included in the set from Rodale.

It's a 20 min. workout were each person uses 5-7 minutes. The first two (David Jack & Andy) are the best...athletic flows and stretches. The other two were chaotic and off count. That's the only thing in my opinion that's wrong with this set.

Are you using Body Battle? You haven't mentioned those yet. I like Spartacus and MH60 but I was wondering how Body Battle compares.

Hadn't got to Body Battle yet. Too many workouts and not enough time.

I will preview them in the next few days. I do know that it's a "friendly competition" between David & B.J. From the looks of the workout, it's a sweaty one.

Now wanting to complete my collection of Spartacus DVDs and maybe get Body Battle and Anarchy .
