Cathe X-Train weight workouts, what are your favorites?

I'd like to know more about these. What are your favorites and why? Also, does combining cardio and weights work better for the lower body? Any advice appreciated.

I haven't done any in a while, but I liked Burn Sets because the exercises are basic and you can lift heavy. http://www.videofitness.com/~vfwnk/f...d.php?t=188025

Cardio Leg Blast - I did the strength only premix more often than the whole workout because at the time I liked separating cardio from strength. http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=4368

and Super Cuts which I've done tons of times. This one is just fun for me. I think because I feel worked out, not wiped out, and it makes me sweat when I use a little heavier weight. http://www.videofitness.com/~vfwnk/f...d.php?t=188095

Cardio Leg Blast. I liked it because the weight work was broken up with cardio, so it didn't feel like an endless lunge/squat/plie fest. And I am traditionally NOT one that likes to combine their cardio and strength. I have found that adding plyo with leg training is really the best thing for my legs. Xtrain gave me my best lower body ever! I finally got definition in my lower body and my legs were hard as rocks with Xtrain.

All of them, except for Super Cuts and Cardio Leg Blasts. I didn't connect to Super Cuts. Cardio Leg Blasts left my knees --- normally problem free -- feeling a little wonky.

Love Burn Sets and Cardio Leg Blast. I'm currently alternating my leg work with a pure strength leg workout and the next week a leg/cardio workout like Cardio Leg Blast.

I also like pairing up Supercuts and FlexTrain (though not an XTrain workout). I feel Supercuts is slightly more lower body heavy and FlexTrain more upper body. I do both in the same week as my metabolic workouts/circuit workouts. Or I'll do Supercuts and RWH Upper Body Circuit in one week and FlexTrain with RWH Lower Body Circuit the next week.
