No workout today. Been so busy. Among other things, I'm refinishing our dining table and that is quite a task.
Cynthia, how did the performance go? Linda, glad you are able to do some sort of workout! Cheryl 2, I have Raynaud's Syndrome, and my fingertips often get numb in grocery stores. I agree that they make them too cold! Diana, I will have to make those sandwiches. DD loves marischino cherries! Lynn, when does school start for you? Cheryl

Hi Everyone!
Seabliss I think crushed pineapple and toasted pecans would be really good, too. No workout today. We had some really bad storms. Didn't get a chance to walk outdoors, go to the gym, or go to the shop. I have been dancing while listening to music on my phone. So, I have been moving today. Have a Blessed evening!

32 minutes of exercise including rest periods.
Book Program Workout #2 Did all of program 2 x with 15. I think i'm getting stronger.. Just don't close your eyes when you do swings, you get dizzy.
