Any comprehensive book about exercises per body part?

Is there any good comprehensive book that has exercises per body part? Like a reference book? Thanks!

It's really old, but might be in your library - Perfect Parts by Rachel McLish and Joyce Vedral.

I use these books and have found them helpful.

1.Jim Stoppani - Encyclopedia of Muscle and Strength

2. Frederic Delavier - Strength Training Anatomy

3. The Women's Health Big Book of Exercises (there is also a Men's Health version)

Yes, the Women's Health one is good. Also, there is an older but not outdated book called "Women's Strength Training Anatomy" that shows drawings of all of the muscles worked with various exercises.

I have only ever had this one. It was brilliant at the time, but I remember why I gave it away. He kept updating the editions and I could not keep up.

Strength Training After 50 by Wayne Westcott, or any book by him. He is a professor and researches strength training.

Strength Training Exercises for Women by Joan Pagano. Great color illustrations.
