I haven't done FIRM in a very long time....and that has nothing to do with the question...but they are my oldest workouts.
The one I've had the longest that I do is Cathe's Low Max. I don't think it's her oldest workout but it's the first one of hers I bought.

Count me as another Still Jumpin fan. I like to do the first part of it with the first part of Christi’s Hi/lo Heaven. Always puts me in a good mood.

I also am a massive Cathe fan. I do her early step workouts often like Step Heat or Step Jam. Great workouts.

My oldest workout that I still do is The FIRM Vol. 1 released in 1986.

Yvette Bachman does a great job of adding choreography to HiiT work...not real dancy type moves, more athletic moves but that's why I LOVE her! And she usually uses great music. She includes the step and Bosu for the routines and is fantastic for unique fun while keeping up my HR. I wish Cathe would steal some of her moves!!
I love Yvette Bachman. Love her like I love Cathe, Amy Dixon and Patrick Goudeau!

I have to do a Yvette workout soon. She doesn't release as many anymore, but she does have some fun workouts. Some of her moves can be overused, but I like how she switches it up to avoid boredom. An hour workout seems like a half hour.

Minna Lessig's One Minute Workout. I still use it quite a bit. So convenient.
