I want to report (cautiously) that for the first time since the end of October I've had no pain in my teeth, head, jaws or the combination of all after my root canal on Tuesday morning. It's a huge relief and I'm optimistic that I finally got the proper diagnosis and treatment that ended my persistent pain.

Oh, in my rant couple of days ago, I forgot to add that my regular dentist said, in addition to her not seeing anything that would be the cause my pain, that I may have a tumor on my trigeminal nerve that's causing the pain. TUMOR? IN MY HEAD? WTH?!? Why would she throw it out there without the proper consultation with a specialist? Turns out that I needed a root canal and there is no tumor that anyone can see

Fortunately, after the root canal I had last Tuesday, I don't seem to have any pain anymore! I feel like I'm coming back to life and I hope to check in tomorrow with a workout.

No workout for me the last couple of days - simply too tired in the evenings. Maybe today, since officially I am off work (although I'm going in this morning to try to finish some things up).

A funny story - at least funny to me - I thought I saw a story on Instagram Sunday evening right before I went to bed where Chris Freytag said she was flying back from Texas and got stuck in the Amarillo airport for 5 hours. I thought that was weird because no one changes planes in our airport - it's just not that kind of airport. Flights either originate here or end here. Monday I got to thinking about that and was wondering if I dreamed it (because I was so tired Sunday night). I tried to find the story on Instagram again and couldn't. So I decided I must have dreamed it since I've been doing Chris' workouts.

Last night - while wide awake - I saw another posting on Instagram of Chris - she's standing with the young woman who obviously was the Sugar Plum Fairy in our ballet company's production of The Nutcracker (which was last weekend) who turns out to be her daughter. And that explains it! I was going to post the picture of Chris and her daughter, but I can't figure out how to post it. Drat!

Dana - on my goodness, I think I'd be getting a new dentist if I were you!

Christine - ditto what I said to Dana, but insert "doctor" for "dentist".

Upside down pilates chair Level 1... this is so sweet. I did pigeon on the chair and it’s much more comfortable than on the floor.

Swan is graceful.

Last pull downs is like have one of those machines at home.

Loved it.

And I did another YouTube vid of a lady and her chair program

Good morning!

GHUTV - 1 Mile Power Walk - 20m
ePilates - Full Body Articulation Focus w/Amy - 40m


I'm going to follow Chris' Walk, Sweat & Sculpt 28 Day Calendar but plan to skip yoga/pilates workouts whenever scheduled. I'm really enjoying ePilates, and want to follow that weekly calendar for pilates/barre/yoga. Emma's workouts are enjoyable, mostly on a shorter side and totally doable. My lovefest with ePilates continues!

I'm taking a rest weekend, although I may do some stretching.
