Yesterday and today I’ve been working on PCW 10 as I will be teaching it on Tues. The standing half is lovely & flowy with variations on side lunges & windmills. I’m also doing some glute focused strength work, Jessica Smith toning workouts & stretchy yoga.
Sue - Sorry you’re having so much foot pain! Do you have a diagnosis for the cause?
