Right now I'm doing a HASfit rotation that I made up myself. I'll do this for another few weeks and then I'll either do Jessica Smith's Get Strong or I'll do RIPT90 Fit. I've done rounds of both in the past and liked them.

I hear ya! That's why I came up with a rotation that allows a lot of freedom of choice.

I typically take 1-2 days off per week but have been able to stay consistent with this schedule. I have really been enjoying throwing in a cardio and light weights day - like an older Firm.

2 days of heavy total body weight work
1 day of fun cardio
1 day of HiiT cardio
1 day of KB
1 day of cardio and light weights

Does anyone do rotations that are not calendar-week based? Like using 10 days as a week instead of 7? Not sure if I'm wording that so it makes sense.

I feel like I need to do smthg at least twice a week for it to be effective, but I suspect I shouldn't worry about it so much. Like I want to run 4x a week, bike 2x a week, elliptical 2x a week, row 2x a week, etc. Is it more important that I'm just getting in cardio and I shouldn't worry so much about how many times a week I use each machine? The running will happen at least 3 days a week regardless of the other cardio.

This is what I aim for:

Mon: POP Pilates
Tues: Zen Stretch
Wed: Yoga
Thursday: Mat Pilates
Friday: Mat Pilates

All above are classes at my gym but my schedule is sometimes off so I switch them around. I also have been adding in T-Tapp basic workout plus three times a week and two days a week I'll either rebound or walk on the treadmill doing hills.

However I keep getting notifications of new Trifecta Pilates workouts on Youtube. Trying to see how I can adjust my schedule to incorporate them. I'll probably drop one of the mat Pilates classes at my gym.

I started doing more formal rotations over a year ago. I’m a cardio junkie so it has helped tremendously with not skipping weight work. I tried more generic ones but realize I do so much better with specific workouts scheduled. I mainly use Cathe but also go to the Y for cycling and kickboxing. Right now I’m using Fit Split, CTX and 4DS for my September rotation. I like the mix of cardio with weights daily.
