Kelly Coffey-Meyer, 3 days a week, may be a good fit for you.

Kelly is the premix queen so there are a lot more options on her DVDs than just the two workouts. She has always given me a lot of options in terms of intensity and type of workout because of those premixes.

Jessica Smith is great.

I also like Slim in 6/Slim Series for a good, intermediate workout. They can be long though, so the Express series is a good option.

Have you looked into the 8 minute programs by Evergreen Wellness? They get a lot done in 8 minutes, going from one exercise to another without rest, do stuff for 30 seconds then on to something else. Their Little Black Dress Workout and the 28 Day one are both good, plus he has a walking program called Rock That Walk where you can do 8 minutes at a time. You can get all of Jaime Brenkus' DVDs on Amazon or Evergreen Wellness, and you can sign up for online access through Evergreen. They're very well organized.

I think what's just right probably depends on each individual, but to me, these exercises are great for those days I want to take it easy.

Cathe's Body Fusion
Many of The FIRM, especially Pink Pink series
Fit Prime series
Stephanie Huckabee's Power Fit and Power Fit Harmony series
Dance exercises (i.e. 10 minute solution)
Walking exercises

(Most of them are also low impact, but if you are looking for low impact, some modification might be needed with some of the above videos.)

Oh how could I forget the FitPrimes and 10 Minute Solution! They are excellent.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. Firm may be a good idea! I’ll check out the tigers too!

Hi, I'm late on this train but wanted to throw in my recommendation for Gilad (and his sister Ada). I have all their workouts on DVD (minus his newer 'indoor' set) and dated as the outfits can be, they still really hold up and they're great if you're looking for "fit enough" workouts. The moves are classic - some would say old-fashioned - but they're all doable, even easy and fun. And they get results. Between them all they range from 20 to 70 minutes in length and span decades, which is kinda fun to watch. And of course the beautiful scenery: Hawaiian beaches and even Jerusalem!

I started this summer doing Firms but found myself gravitating to these. I'm not trying to look or feel like an athlete, just want to do daily exercise that makes me feel healthy, lose weight, firm up and smile at the same time.

I forgot about Gilad!! That is a great recommendation! I used to do his workouts when he was on TV back in the day before I had a VCR!
