Have you tried Les Mills on demand? They have a free trial. They have workout plans to pick from. They have strength, barre, yoga fusion, kickboxing, bike workouts, plyo, core workouts, step, athletic and dance cardio.
Eta: they also now have hybrid and combo workouts which string together parts of the different workouts.

Jessica Smith has some great programs, like her Walk Strong sets. There's also Jari Love and Margaret Richard. Of course, you can't go wrong with the Firm .
ETA: I also forgot to mention Kathy Smith and Jenny Ford. Great instructors that make me smile, with workouts that can be tailored to your fitness needs.

I like Margaret Richard’s workouts. She works the total body including calves, inner and outer thighs. Many workouts overlook these areas. Her workouts focus on toning in a calm and relaxed manner. I never have any dread and always feel good afterwards. Here is part of her Sculpture workout which is one of my favorite upper body workouts.

Great recommendations above for less intense workouts.
Another idea is to try shorter workouts. I really liked P90x3...a little different... more body weight training...but only 30 mins a workout. If you are streaming BeachBody it would be easy for you to try it. |

I have rekindled my Cathe love by doing LITE and ICE, but also doing the timesaver or shorter premix options. Oh, and I just go light on weights if I need to. I'm having a blast revisiting all my old favorites. Oh, and as far as well rounded...... I always thought Cathe had too much bicep/tricep work for my taste, so I just cut that part out or shorten it.

I second the recs for Jessica Smith. I'll also add Kelly Coffey Meyer. They are my go to instructors. I can up the intensity if I have the energy or go low key but still feel like I got a great workout. Jessica Smith consistently offers different modifications. Their workouts are also about 30 minutes long so you can do more if you want.

I think Kelly Coffey Meyer; Cathe (lower intensity ones) and Jessica Smith are good fits. I don't feel beat up. I gave up Beachbody because just felt that they are producing workouts now that are for the younger set or at least not for me anymore.
