Hi Everyone!

Some of DH's labs have started coming in and his Dr. called him tonight. Talk about having a heart attack! That's scary when your Dr. calls 6:30 on a Saturday night. He has some markers for Lyme disease, so they have started him on the antibiotic for that. They did some Rheumatoid tests and they were inconclusive. They are suspicious about what those said so they want to do more testing in that department. Hopefully, if some of the pain he is experiencing is from Lyme he will start feeling better soon. He has a follow up with our family doctor not this coming week but next. The Endo who called him today already spoke with with our family Dr. about these results. I believe they are still waiting on some of the labs but they wanted to get him started on the treatment for the Lyme.

Check-In: 50 minute outdoor walk

Have a Blessed evening!

Diana, hoping your DH will feel better with the treatments.

Pilates w/ Mari.

Heidi's husband was enthusiastic about the chicken broccoli casserole - said it was his best dinner all week. I assured him I would share the recipe w/ Heidi when she's all better. She was dressed & ready to be discharged from the hospital yesterday but there was no place for her in a skilled nursing / rehab facility. I hope one opens up soon. Next week, church people from the church where Heidi's injury happened will bring the dinners.

Carole, another church friend's, husband is in a care facility with brain cancer. I called her yesterday, which was difficult for me but I'd put it off long enough. I'll visit him tomorrow and bring pancakes. Carole has one of the pancake of the month subscriptions. The last time I saw her husband at church he told me how much how enjoyed them.

Cynthia I"m glad Heidi is doing well. I'm sorry about Carole's husband. I just prayed for her, too.

Checking in with Jessica's Strength Circuits from her Fall Back into Fitness series on Youtube. It was interrupted when we got a showing notification for one hour later. I tore around getting the house ready and then we got a cancellation notfication right when we were about to leave. So I finished the workout. Some people should try to be thoughtful. DH had to come home from a BBQ to help, and for no good reason. Oh well! The fun of living in your home while it is on the market.

Cynthia, glad your cooking is blessing so many people who obviously really need it!

Diana, praying for your DH. When will you find out if it's Lime disease?

Cheryl

Cheryl. that's happened too many times. Can you get a more considerate realtor, or reason with the one you have?

barre 3 30 minutes (a good one happily) and yin yoga class. Funny story: we went to Penny's to get DH's hair cut and saw our hair dresser who gave me my first cut when we came here 30 years ago, and he was cutting hair there. Since then he cut hair for the whole family. We followed him to various different salons, he gave DS his first haircut in our home, and we ended up all going to his parents home for family haircuts. But then he got involved in drugs, went to jail, and eventually left town.
We hadn't seen him in many years, maybe 7 or 8. But he ended up back at Pennys and has been clean for 5 years. So he ended up giving DH his haircut and we gave him a huge tip!

Cheryl, it must be so hard to have a house on the market.

Diana, with your DH hunting, Lyme disease is a real possibility, I would imagine. It must have been scary getting that call, but good they are looking out for him. Hope everything gets resolved. My DH has been having troubles since his cataract surgery. His eye pressure is still up. The surgery might have triggered glaucoma, which would be unfortunate. He is trying drops for another month but will need to see a glaucoma specialist next. He has an eye condition and apparently disturbing the environment could have this result.

Cynthia, sorry you are having to face friends with all these tragedies. I know how hard it can be to call people in these situations (I had to steel myself to call my cousin), but it's really nice you did this, not to mention bringing the pancakes.

Hi Everyone!

Lynn I'm sorry about your DH's eye condition. I didn't know that glaucoma could be the result of cataract surgery or be triggered by it. I'm sure it's rare to have that happen. I know a lot of people who have had that surgery.

Seabliss I'm sorry about the problem with the realtor. DH has lyme. His results might not show all the markers because he was on antibiotics in January for a "sinus infection" that he didn't have. He had the flu from the beginning. The antibiotics he was on in January was one of the treatments for lyme. So, I'm sure it helped knock it down some. That round of antibiotics was for 10 days this one will be for 14. We are still waiting for info on the rheumatoid arthritis and/or they will do more tests in the next couple of weeks.

No workout to report. I had to get some stuff done because DH went for a sleep study tonight. Hopefully we will get that issue figured out.

Have a Blessed evening!
