I did a search and this appears to be comparable to what I have and it sounds like it's in your price range: https://www.walmart.com/ip/89-99-Val...Dryer/25477189 This brand should be available at retail (big box, maybe Ulta, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc), so you could check them out up close and personal and hopefully could return it without too much fuss it you didn't like it.

https://www.youtube.com/user/frugalistablog Another mid-40's is Tara Priddy. She really gets into the science side of it, although she's a lay person. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCT8...lTCr8Hsu46llLg Glitzy Fritzy is in her 50's and I enjoy her channel. Although, she uses skincare with fragrance. https://www.youtube.com/user/frugalistablog Kathy Aay Beauty is mostly makeup, but she has a few skincare reviews. https://www.youtube.com/user/frugalistablog Lab Muffin is in her 30's, but she's a chemist, and has great info. https://www.youtube.com/user/frugalistablog Kenna is another young chemist with good info. https://www.youtube.com/user/frugalistablog I also listen to the Beauty Brains Podcast. No product recommendations, but a lot of great info on ingredients. And I know she's controversial, and I don't watch her often for the same reasons, but Dr Dray usually has good product reviews of skincare for sensitive skin. I've found my best recommendations from her drugstore skincare reviews. I don't watch her vlogs, just her product reviews.

Cyana- Thanks for the Baby Bliss Pro recommendation. I have seen their dryers before and wondered about their quality. And the one at Walmart is on rollback. Nice!
Also, I'm going to have to try Native deodorant. I'll pick up a trial size the next time I'm at Target.

I am into no chemicals or junk in my stuff, so I make a few things. But as far as buying, I just discovered Attitude brand and Just the Goods, and have been using their lotions and body butters. My skin is extra soft and both brands are rated well at the Environmental Working Group.

For anyone who isn't familiar, the Environmental Working Group has a database with a hazard rating of many personal care products - they're up to 70K products and 9K ingredients. In the US, the government doesn't require toxicity assessments on these products before they're sold to the public. I found it to be an eye-opener. Here's a link: https://www.ewg.org/skindeep

YMMV, but I don't believe EWG is a reputable source. There science is faulty and they get kickbacks from the brands they recommend. There are multiple articles about their unreliability.
