Monday, April 18 workouts

I started with TM Quick Cardio Blasts, A, B & C - about 20 min, and am only lukewarm about it. I didn't want to do the Mind/Body section so I decided to also do Jackie's Xtreme Timesaver (Red) - Love it! So, I got about 50 min in this morning.

P90X Legs and Back.

Got thrown off schedule last week due to travel and couldn't get to it on my normal Friday rotation. I was too busy Sat and Sun to get it done. But that completes the first 3 weeks of P90X, so I'm now into my recovery week and I'll start with the next phase next Monday. But since this is a bit of a milestone, a little self-congratulations is in order.

Way to go Blackadar! That's very exciting. I just finished up my 30 day mark on my first system and it was a thrill for me. Are you seeing any results? By the way, is your user name after the british tv show? I frick'n grew up on that crap and it warped my sense of humor in all the best ways :-D

Today was

Omni day 36 (6th day on level 4). I really like this level. I'm getting better at it too... which is a sure fire sign that it's almost time to move on lol. It really toasts my arms and back.

Wow you ladies get started early in the morning!

I did Tracie Long's Break Thru -love those 30 minute Focus w/os! It's about all I can do before work.

Marcy- that's so impressive about the chinups - I think those are SUPER hard!
