Yay, glad you got your DVDs today! Hopefully you were able to download all the workouts too.

I was able to download all of them today. Woohoo! I just organized them on my iPad. I’m running out of storage though, I’ll have to upload some of my Cathe Lives to the cloud.

I just finished Lower Body 1….I loved it!!! This is the leg workout I always wished Cathe would produce.

Heavy weights, slow movements, plenty of rest in between sets…I didn’t preview it first and never had to rewind. Finally she gives you enough time to set up for the next exercise.

This workout is lower body perfection to me.

I thought this one was great, too! I didn't lift heavy enough the first time around. Wasn't breathing as hard as Cathe and crew. They were all sucking wind, haha! But not being rushed between each set of exercises was wonderful. No preview was needed. Only tracking what weight you used for the next time you do lower body. Such a fun workout with pretty outfits and set, too!

I just did this one based on what you said and I couldn't agree more! Slow movements, time to move your equipment around without pausing the video, and lots of time to catch your breath. I'm tall and have long legs and I've always struggled to keep up with the pacing in a lot of videos where they are doing really quick squats or lunges. I was a little skeptical during the warmup because she does move fast but the workout itself was slow paced and great. I can't wait to try some of the other workouts!
