What workout did you do Jan 1 2013 compared to Jan 1 2014
I did KCM Your Best Body W/O 2 and KCM Bodytraining (standing) today. I was setting up my Staples calendar that I track workouts on and for fun checked out what I did New Years Day last year. It was KCM Split Sessions Upper Body. I didn't realize that until this morning. How weird that is Out of the Hundred++ workouts I have that I would do the same instructor on the same day a year later!
What was your workout last New Years Day compared to today's workout?
