We had the two youngest littles this weekend, so I had no formal workouts but lots of play and steps. I had more than 12K each day! We did get to take them home early yesterday, so we got to go fishing for awhile which was nice.
I was tired this morning, so I slept in, but I will get in a workout this evening and keep you posted.
Well, yesterday, I just ended up getting my basic step goal, but at least that was something. We had company when I got home, so no workout. I remedied that problem this morning! This morning was Lite Metabolic Blast. That one fools you - she uses lighter weights, but it has a lot of reps, and then the last four exercises are on the floor, which you think would be easy, but nope.
Did my walk, barre and yoga. Then my Xtrain arrived. So did Chest, Back, Shoulders + Core 1.
GREAT workout. Thank you Jen and Lori for the recommendation.
Jen- congrats on your steps. I need to do more walking.
Speaking of XTrain, today was Hard Strikes. I forgot what a fun workout that is. Cathe is like an Engerizer Bunny in this one (I thought she was trying to kill me- lol). I will admit that I did some of the jacks low impact because my knees start hurting, but overall it’s really good.

The past two days have just been step goals. I've been lazy and haven't gotten up for a workout. Today will probably be the same as I'm getting my second vaccine today, and we get two littles tonight. I'm hoping that side effects won't be too bad!
Bita - I really like XTrain Legs - it's got a great cardio effect!
Today was Cathe Live- Cardio Kickbox Mashup (3/4/21). Good one!
