Mine arrived on Monday. I’ve done the 60s 70s ad 80s so far. Here’s my impressions. Each DVD consists of a warm-up which you can then mix or match with one to three 15 minute segments. Each segment is composed of three tracks that are about 5 minutes each. There is a countdown clock. The first and last songs of each 15 minute segment are recognizable hits of the decade. For example, the first 60s segment starts with “Great Balls of Fire” and ends with “Respect.” There is another 60s style track in the middle. The two hits are covers not the original artist, for pacing and length. It seems that all of the segments are arranged this way. I like hearing songs that I recognize. Gina’s choreography is easy to follow. The songs are at a faster pace than the originals but the steps are easy and familiar. There is also a cool-down at the end of each DVD. What I love: the music, Gina’s instruction, and the ability to mix and match or do the whole thing. What I miss: Gina’s background exercisers. But I understand why they’re not there. Yes, Gina is chatty, but not annoying. I think it was a worthwhile purchase. I just wish that she would have made it available on streaming. She said that it had to do with the music and licensing when I asked her about it. I hope that was helpful.

That definitely helps, Carole. I'll be glad to get some more walking workouts and the right music can be so motivating. Sounds like Gina will have a good variety of offerings with the decade music.
