Well, I talked myself into it, lol. I mean, that discount! I'm doing my part to support the economy!

My workout set arrived this week. Today I did the "Upper Body + Core 1" and the "Modified Stretch." I'm surprised at how hard the unweighted arm work felt (shouldn't be surprised: Leah Sarago)! Granted, I've also not been using weights lately (mostly yoga and Pahla B's low impact/balance stuff) but whew!

I'm glad I (re)purchased the set. Last time, something just turned me off before I even really tried more than 1-2 of the segments. I'll definitely give them more of a chance this time.

Did anyone else get them?

That Upper Body & Core workout was surprisingly tough. I still have my set (somewhere around here).

I resurrected them and am so glad I hung on to this set. After doing the yoga section yesterday--and really liking it!--I decided that I didn't give this set a fair shake last time. So, the plan is to work through the rotation and add a two-mile walk (or equivalent) each day.

I just got these yesterday and did the first 3 workouts this morning. I really liked them. My health has been on a steady decline (I'm 70) so, although these seemed easy, they seemed perfect for me. I can't wait to do the rest of them and start over.

Code is stuckinside
I hope that code still works. It gives you both DVD's for 19.99 with free shipping. This code is still on their website that I gave the link to here.

I sent an email after Bubbles mentioned that it was expired. I'm going to buy for sure.

Hi Char. Yes, the promotion originally ended at the end of April. However, since the quarantine is still going in many places, we are going to extend the offering for another month. I just reactivated the code, so give it a try! I hope you love the program!
eta: just bought it. I had intended to buy earlier, but my body had been giving me problems from head to toe (literally) all month and then I just felt deflated: "Why bother buying it? I can't use it anyway, everything hurts." I now feel better mentally, and I'm almost there physically, so I'm looking forward to trying this. (the posts from Alison and Joan helped seal the deal)

Hi! It took a couple of clicks, but I found it here: https://www.bariatricfitnessrx.com/blank-2

I tried the "stuckinside" promo code, and it worked this time. I already received the order confirmation.
