Best barbell toning dvd for beginners/intermediate

My sister and niece are getting into weights. My sister may be getting a barbell set.

Any ideas for beginner/intermediate weight training dvd that uses the barbell only?

Thanks in advance!

Denise

I think most of your beginner workouts are going to use dumbbells primarily instead of a barbell. I didn't buy a barbell for many months and most dvds even with a barbell can be done with dumbbells instead.

Gin Miller Barbell blast should work

ETA: I think most bodybar DVDs adapt easily to barbells the Basic training workout is really good on the Strength resolutions DVD

All great suggestions! I was racking my brain to think of what I had to pass on to them.

If they can do downloads, Cathe Live has some barbell only workouts which are good. And you can use less weight than Cathe uses if you are a beginner.
