I'm almost always disappointed when I order from a manufacturer or other big store instead of Amazon. It's why they are so huge.

Here's an article on low intensity (Marodyne, specifically) vibration plates and bone density from Margaret Martin, who runs Melioguide:

Interesting but I wish the article was more clear about how to figure the G of vibration plates, since that's how they determined safety. I mean, most products just give you the Hz in the specs, right?

I checked the plate I was interested in on Amazon, and it gave the Gs. I don't know about others.
