New Essentrics 3 week Challenge
hi -
I saw the Essentrics TV has a new 3 week challenge based on Miranda's book - does anyone know if this will be kept up on their site permanently (like some of the other challenges) so that it can be done later - or is it going to be taken down after a couple of weeks (like the Live classes) I'd like to do the challenge but I'm in the middle of another rotation and I think it would be too much for me to try to incorporate both. I would expect them to keep the challenge up, especially since it plugs Miranda's new book. You could certainly message them on their website.
