I ordered P90 from Mary when it came out in Sept. My A disc has been goofy from the get go. I had to put it in the DVD player 3 times before it would play properly. I still used it and did the workouts. I finally got around to previewing all the other discs. The C disc didn't play at all. I also ordered the Speed Series. The disc was fine except for Horton's Hits. That workout would get part way through and then repeat. It would never finish. I tried the discs in another DVD player with the same results. None will play on my computer. The point of my long saga is that after emailing Mary today, I got a response immediately from her. She contacted BB and my discs are being replaced. Mary has the best customer service around!
I wanted some BB discs but after reading this, I will order them from Mary. Thanks for posting this and saving me, no doubt, from headaches and frustations!!!
I hope you have better luck than I did. I contacted Mary on 10/10 about the glitch on Horton's Greatest Hits and I didn't get a replacement until today (and it shipped FedEx 2nd day air) and it does the exact same thing the first one did.
Even though my other discs work okay, it does seem as if they're slow. It takes a long time for one to start up once I press play. They just seem a little sluggish. I'm wondering if they rushed these out too quickly.

No, I won't be getting another replacement. Mary checked one in her stock and said it did the same thing. Apparently the whole batch is bad. And I somehow get the impression BB won't own up to it or make it right.

Well crap! I think I'm going to get another bad DVD. If that happens I want my money back. I don't want a faulty DVD. BB needs to up their quality control. I think this happens for every release. There is a problem of some sort they ignore unless enough people make a stink. I love BB workouts, but the company itself....
