I'm not sure if everyone gets Dynamix, or if you only get it by ordering through a coach.
I bet it is. That workout is a gem in and of itself. I love that one.

Row Your Boat with Bands (seated)
Hoppy Squats (lateral and forward/back)
Upright Row Press with Bands

The main difference between the speed workouts and the regular ones is length. They are shorter.

I haven't done any of them yet but have previewed them. The speed abs workout looks tough (to me) because all the moves are plank moves. There are five moves done for a minute each.

Horton's Greatest Hits is eleven moves done for one minute each and then repeated.

Heisman crunch
tap line push up
long jump spin
fancy fast feet
H crawl push up
racer jumper
circle run
diamond burpee
hopscotch the line
hello push up (push up into side plank)
H slalom
repeat

They use the tape as in all other workouts. Sorry I can't be any more help.

I got my set (yippee) and did workout B cardio and most of the sculpt. I liked them! They did show modifiers with dumbbells too. I liked the sculpt exercises. The cardio was good. nice mix of moves. i'll try Ab ripper tomorrow. my abs were toast today.

Glad your set finally arrived, Julie!

I'm enjoying the "B" workouts much more than the "A." And, during the Sculpt workouts, more dumbbell exercises are shown, alongside the band exercises. So, this is more useful to me right now (without a door/hinge to attach a band.)

I'm already feeling antsy so have been mixing in other cardio during the week. I like having this set though and can see it being one I'll return to over time.

pretty sure you can pre order p90 without having to go through a coach: http://www.beachbody.com/product/fit...p90-workout.do it does say 'more info' though so you may be told the actual date it's going to be released and then you can order..not too sure but helpful if you don't know a coach or don't want to go through one.
