Horizontal Conditioning Club DVDs -- which set for me?
I've been thinking of getting one of the Horizontal Conditioning Club DVDs sets as downloads, but I'm having trouble deciding. Does anyone still do these? And, which set is the best? (I like 45-50 min workouts, I'm not a huge fan of the stability ball use in these, I mostly prefer the step and gliders, and my favorite of hers is Vol 2, and I don't mind some impact, if that helps). Thx in advance!
