Great reviews, I'm so looking forward to getting it.

Is there a thread for Plateau Buster?

Well really, that's what I mean. They are too close together and that woman is often obscured. For the size and arrangement of that set it feels crowded to me. And hey, it's okay to be nitpicky. This doesn't mean you don't care for the instructor or workout.

Pat, I haven't seen a thread for Plateau Buster yet, but I think there are comments about it the thread about people receiving the dvds.

I'm sidelined again (sigh) by a low back/hip injury, so I can't try Plateau Buster for awhile. I think I'll preview all of it at some point at least so I know what I'm getting into, though.

if we don't express things that we don't like.... how will instructors improve their product!?

I didn't get Plateau Buster (yet), so I didn't start the thread. And, I haven't seen one yet...

Thanks, Pat! This is the third time I've had an injury right after getting a Kelly preorder, but it is not at ALL related to her workouts (honest!) I don't know what I did this time, but it's so frustrating.

Judy and Sherry, hope you're both feeling better soon!
Still waiting for my mail to arrive.... the mail carriers around here like to take their time after a holiday weekend.

My back is wonky (grrrr...) so I did the first cardio workout and it was the perfect amount of impact, torquing. There are 2 sections -- I found the first to be a bit lackluster -- might be the music -- but really enjoyed the second. The whole workout, including cool down is only 25 minutes, but she has every conceivable premix on this DVD! My back still hurts so today I did the second section of the 1st workout and added on the upper body from KCM's Start Here. A good combo for the injured souls who refuse to give up their workouts!

I previewed the 2nd cardio workout and know I will like it more than the 1st. It's more intense and has drills, which I prefer, but my back needs to calm down. Drooling over PB too, but alas, that will have to wait.
