I have done Workout #1 so far, have been battling a stomach bug this weekend and feeling under the weather which is the only reason I havn't done both workouts yet
I loved Workout #1 but I am a huge KCM fan so would be hard pressed to find anything I didn't like about one of her workouts. I thought Noelle did a great job of modifying but agree that in this workout, there wasn't really a whole lot for her to do, still, I am glad she's there. Love the music, think the new set is nice and bright (as well as uncluttered). Yes, alot of TIFTing but I expected that from Kelly. I enjoyed the new, creative moves and had a blast doing this workout. For me, it was a solid Intermediate workout
I am looking forward to exploring the great premixes as well as doing that Abs/Hips/Glutes Bonus workout. I LOVE Kelly's lower body floorwork.
This one is definitely a winner for me, exactly what I wanted from a KCM floor cardio workout. All the girls seem to be having a great time so the "fun" factor is there for me, as well. ZERO dread factor and I look forward to doing it again (the sign of a true winner for me
).
