I was turned off by the other workout, but this clip looks great!! Love the "Go Kelly, Go Kelly" part, hehe. She seems much more relaxed in this one.

I'll need to work up to this one!! I can't do the last section where she is alone-that is just beyond me!!
I enjoyed this clip more than the cardio workout, but that is no reflection on Kelly at all-I'm just not a big fan of hi lo. I hope she will do another kickboxing workout (my favorite cardio) someday-I'd love another one! Sherry
