Kelly posted this on her forum about her new dvds.

"Watched the rough clips and they are actually not rough. We were able to film STRAIGHT through 90% of it so I didn't expect musch trouble in editing anyway!

It looks as it felt:

Cardio #1; Intensity graduates quite nicely; you start out easy and as the workout progresses so does the cardio flow. Just kinda get into it in the begining, its starts to pick up about a 1/4 of the way in, and by the end you're having fun and feeling AWESOME! Great little Hi/Low floor workout.

cardio #2 is the perfect quick fix. The intervals fly and you can really feel it...Thank God for the the recovery level! Tough but by no means dreadful!!!!!!

Plateau-Buster is the most disceiving(sp) workout I've done. If you watch it its like "yea, so..." But pick the right weights and you'll be shocked. Its tough but doesn't feel like its breaking your body down. You can almost feel the immediate gains as you are doing it. Total body workout that gives as much as you do.

Now I have to put the premixes together...I'll let you know how it goes. if all goes well I can send it to the replicator in about 7 days...IF ALL GOES WELL!"

Thank you for posting! I think it's amazing she can put all those premixes together in 7 days, I guess she must have had them somewhat mapped out.

I don't think she could do premixes as well as she does without giving them some thought before filming.

These are sounding good... when do we get to see clips?

This is the first time i have not pre ordered from Kelly. I will wait for longer clips.. but i know i will end up getting them at some point even if i do not love the clips.. ha!

Kelly said she will keep up the presale prices for five days after the longer clips are posted. However, I think the free shipping ended on 7/4.
