These look good. I like the old set with the windows better but I guess they have/needed to change. The cardio doesn't look very complicated, a bonus for me, but it does look fun and challenging. I think I'll prefer the second cardio workout with its easy to harder options. I like that Kelly always puts her own twist on the basic moves of weightwork. Noelle {the new modifier, name right?} seems to know what she is doing.

I like the looks of Plateau Buster, not so much the cardio one. Still, the clips were too short to be able to tell much. I probably will order Plateau Buster though.

these both look fantastic!! Kelly is radiant, absolutely gorgeous. She shines on cameraHer new modifier, Noelle, looks to be doing a great job filling Lauren's shoes. I love the new set, the outfits are adorable and tasteful. I simply cannot wait to get these

I like what I see! Both workouts look very good! Noelle fits right in with the crew, and looks great also. I'm glad she's there to modify for us, when we need her!

Perfect, just perfect! And Kelly does appear to be more beautiful and radiant than ever.
Did anyone else notice that on one of the cardio bonus workouts Kelly seems to be doing floor work a la Tracy Anderson (starting around :58 on the cardio clip)?
