Ack, I love/hate Beachbody! Why are they making me spend money ???!!!

This does look like a lot of fun. I've always enjoyed the capoiera elements in Turbo Jam and Body Combat, and I'm ready for more. I don't think the instructor is too OTT at all (at least not compared to Tony Horton). But oy, Faith Ford is extremely annoying to me in that other youtube clip.

I've lost some interest in Insanity -- just not doing hardcore stuff right now, and this RevAbs looks a bit more "doable" from where I stand these days. Too bad we have to wait until later in the year.

BB insiders, thanks for the info & please keep us posted!

I was thinking the same thing! He makes Tony look mild! Yikes! The clip looks really good for your core, but I wish the guy was just a little less _____ hyper or happy??

I hope Beachbody will smarten up and lower their prices a bit... $100+ is a bit much for their dvds. Thought i did buy CLX...

Also, why does every thing now have to be a system....??

"Hopped up on Red Bull"?

Looks interesting. I'll wait for more info and some more reviews.

The workout looks great, but I think he needs to learn to sit his happy butt down. I'm all for motivation and energy, but there is a limit.

Maybe Beachbody told him to ham it up a bit.

See Bob Pumptmuscles thread.

Ok so he is not a background exerciser, but I wont mind working out with his happy butt.
What really grinds my gears is Sean T's Hammy hip hop, and constant Hey! Ho! Girlfriend

I think I'm changing my tag line to something he said in this clip . . . .

She's "not bringing the 6 pack, s[he's] wearing it!"

too bad it isn't quite true, but maybe it will be if I do this program.

Doesn't he say "He's not drinking the 6 pack, he's wearing it"? It was kind of difficult to hear, but he was making a drink motion with his hand.

The more I watch the clips, the crazier he seems. What I liked about Hip Hop Abs was how silly Shaun T was and the quirky things he said.
These workouts look like they would be hard but fun workouts and that his personality would take your mind off the pain. I love Capoeira as well.

Hopefully these are not expensive.
