Cathe’s Ripped. Low Impact HiIT #1 Did mostly on my rebounder, as I haven’t used it much lately. Than AB #2

MH60 Workout 1: Fat Frying Fury (33 minutes) - the name sounds like it's frenzied, but it's not. I liked the slow start, the base moves, and then building up on that. BJ does this on his MetaShred workouts and I like the option of staying put or adding on.
I just got this set from Ebay a few days ago and jumped in without previewing.
did the 9 minute stretch - too long, I'll cut it down to 5 next time so I can do more Leslie or Jessica
