Helen - My yoga teacher has this yoga swing and I have done a few classes with it. I believe this is the one she has: http://www.yogaswings.com/ She also lets us use it before yoga class if we are a few minutes early and she has it set up. It is a lot of fun and great for inversions! This is me hanging out.

I like that picture of you. I want to do inversions too. Thanks for the link since it's cheaper than the system that I linked. Once I go to some classes, then I'll know what to do and maybe I'll buy one to use at home.

I LOVE my Jungle Gym! Nia Shanks used to recommend it (on her blog) before this WOSS thingie mentioned. JG is well made and I'm confident using it. I'm sure there are others including the TRX that are great because they're all essentially the same. I got my Jungle Gym on Amazon.

I just got this yoga swing two days ago! I took a few in person aerial yoga classes to learn technique. The in person classes use a larger hammock and was more aerial/circus arts. I am loving the swing myself. There are some YouTube videos of workouts with the yoga swing but none that I have found to buy
