RIP 60 - How are you using?

I've previewed some of these and they are shorter. The Jillian one is only 23 minutes. How's everyone using these? What are good add ons? Are you stringing 2 together or adding something entirely different on. Need ideas.
thanks in advance.

I'm still using the week's workouts, but I am adding on. I add on my TA meta, I've added on a yoga, or a cardio... I usually look through my 30 minute workouts and see what strikes my fancy for the day.

not a big help, but hopefully someone else who has done the Jillian workout will have better input...

i'm only planning to use them as add-ons... not the rotation...

i did jillian and GSP's workout both the same day, but i started with jillian... did the warm up and workout then went to GSP's then put jill's back in and did her cool down! (then i did 200 kettlebell swings)

i didn't buy this for the workouts... but for the strap so i could do lauren brook's vol 3.... i just figured the dvd's were a free bonus. i haven't done any of the other ones except week one.... but i do plan to give the other ones a try as i hear from about week 5 on they are pretty good!

I am using my rip:60 workouts along with rotations of Liveexercise.com toning show. So far this combination it is working out very well for me, I am getting in shape and keeping the boredom down.

Hi Lorajc.

I basically follow the toning show rotation, which has a set schedule that is posted on the Liveexercise site for the Toning Show. I will sub-in my rip:60 workouts on the days that the toning show does not air. One other caveat is I will often add moderate cardio on any or all my workout days as well. I will do cardio in the morning and workout in evening, or vice-versa So my rotation ends up looking something like this.

http://www.liveexercise.com/schedule/
Mon: TS + walk
Tues: TS + walk
Wed: TS + walk
Thur: Rip:60
Fri:TS + bicycle
Sat: Rip:60
Sun: Yoga / stretch
