Lightbulb New suspension trainer device on the market: Gflex Gym

If TRX ($200) and rip:60 ($120) suspension trainers are out of your price range, you might want to take a look at Gflex Gym. It combines properties of both trainers and seems more compact/portable. It's normally around $59 but available at QVC for $33. QVC has a good return policy if you don't like it.

I already have a TRX for home use but will buy the Gflex to keep in my car or at work.

I saw it on QVC when it was on air. I don't have a TRX or a Rip:60 so I'm thinking of ordering it. For $33 that's a pretty good price. Hopefully, it's durable. I'm just afraid of using the door. I do have a pine tree and a basketball pole in my backyard but I don't workout outside.

Yeah, someone in the pullup bar substitution thread said she had to replace her heavy front door after using bands with it.

I ended up returning my TRX because the cheap flimsy doors in my condo could not take that kind of weight. I'm not terribly heavy either...about 125-130#.
