I would be wary of attaching this to a chinup bar. Chinup bars generally derive their stability by redirecting the vertical force (up and down motion) to the side posts or braces. If you change the angle of the force, as rip:60 will do, you may end up working against the design of the bar.
Still, it's worth a try, as long as you're not second guessing the safety of your setup, since the exercises put you in precarious positions that may cause injury if the mount fails.
