I just got done writing down ALL the workouts from both Strength and Cardio into a notebook. I'm not very computer savy or I guess I couldve put them in a spreadsheet or something to share, but I've got them all written down and ready to embark on a rotation! Thinking right now of just alternating strength and cardio.
