Great job on all the workouts everyone! I'm keeping up with walking as much as I can while our temperatures are good. It is brisk but enjoyable right now.

MT, I still have Mari Winsor's back workout. It's a good one too. Sorry to hear about your brother and SIL. Hoping they'll have a quick recovery. The loss of taste/smell is weird. I think it was close to 3 weeks before DH started to get his back. Now he has it mostly back except for a few odd things. ie: He can't taste milk chocolate at all....like a Hersey's milk chocolate bar. My taste/smell got distorted in a strange way but only lasted about 2 weeks.

My aunt was tested on Saturday bc she was feeling terrible, she thought bronchitis which she has had before, but she ended up in the ER Monday night feeling very weak and with high fever. A rapid test showed positive for covid. Her O2 was 95 though and her lungs are clear so they didn't admit her. Yesterday morning she said she was feeling better. My uncle took her back to the ER a little bit ago.

MT, I'm sorry your brother and sister-in-law have it too. Praying they recover quickly and fully.

Katie, I'm glad you guys are both feeling better.

Sherry, your consistency always impresses me!

Mell, I hope your month is going well and that you join us for December!

Thanks, Katie. She said she is doing better and hopefully will be released in a couple days.
