3 p.m.: I did Cathe’s Perfect 30, Perfect HIIT, Low Impact, and Perfect Flow, Mobility. It was a PERFECT 60 minutes-just what I needed to start off the New Year in a positive, healthy way!
I am thankful for this Marathon, for all of you who participated, for all my VFer friends, and for Wendy, who keeps VF alive.
