Lee Holden's Qi Gong The Seated Workout - long version Rodney Yee/Yoga Journal Yoga for Meditation - Garden (hip opening routine) I watched the Times Square ball drop (9pm my time on the West Coast) and then started. I'm dealing with an injured knee for the second time in a couple of months, so I did two chair routines. Really nice combo for a nighttime workout. Happy New Year!
