Mostly I do Jane Adams 30-min floor practice from Gentle Yoga...or the Evening Practice.

Sometimes I'll do a RehabZone workout. They're 20 minutes and very gentle (almost like an extended warmup). Sometimes I do them before a walk as a WU.

I do like workouts (like the Barlates Lazy Days) where I can stay on the floor the whole time. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=AIQS1H...index=12&t=28s

I’m always looking for nice relaxing stretches I can do after a Peleton cycling workout. I recently found a great one on YouTube. It’s from Five Parks Yoga. It’s 30-minutes all lying down and seated. I’ve done it twice so far. It’s really a fantastic stretch and the scenery is beautiful.

Oh this looks fantastic for a relaxing yoga session. Gorgeous scenery and the instructor reminds me of Patricia Arquette. Thanks for sharing!

Their newest one looks good. Fun 15 minute low impact no equipment cardio/resistance home workout

Ellen is on my list, for sure. I think both Ellen and Jessica are sneaky hard sometimes.
