Just a quick note to say that I just finished this dvd and loved it. It was fast-paced without feeling rushed and moved rapidly from one exercise to another without a lot of wait in between. It had quite a variety of moves with about 5 (per side)-20 reps per move depending on which exercise you were doing.
Although it was set in a plain building, it still felt kind of edgy and fresh to me. I think it was appropriate for many levels, depending on the weight you choose to use, with the exception of the flips-move, which are easy to replace with a swing exchange. It wasn't long, about 25-30 minutes, but for me that makes it a nice add-on dvd or a great choice for when you don't have a lot of time. I was able to get my heartrate up, especially by adding a few extra reps while waiting for the next exercise. AND as odd as it may sound, it was nice seeing a kb instructor smile like they were enjoying the workout.
I enjoyed it and am glad it's in my rotation.
