I really enjoy Slim Series and Jari. I started a thread not to long ago where I asked people what else I would like. You could get some other suggestions here.
I don't like using bands so I use weights for the workouts instead. |

Cassy I was following your original post.
I have more questions. I forgot to add, that I don't like floorwork. Does Cardio Core! Express or Cardio Sculpt! Express contain any floorwork? http://www.totalfitnessdvds.net/Prod...mseriesexpress Can you recommend one workout from Slim in 6 or Slim Series based on the fact: I want a full body workout I don't like floorwork I need a modifier that uses weights Also, please tell me if your recommendation is the newer version or older version. I am finding this all too confusing. Maybe Slim Series Express is the best option. Thoughts? TIA

Cardio Core Express doesn't have floor work but it isn't really a full body workout. It's main focus is the core, with some leg work, and there is some upper body involvement doing wood chops and punches with light dumbells.
Debbie appears on the cover of Cardio Sculpt Express with a band. I guess the workout uses them! http://www.amazon.com/NEW-Cardio-Scu.../dp/B000T4G8UI If you don't like floor work or working with bands, maybe Slim in 6 is not your best choice... |
