Thanks Beth - I can't remember now what workouts I submitted to be added to the database, let alone my thoughts on them. I shall just continue to "review" (as I'm mostly just providing the breakdowns for older things as they're not often given) what is already there, and use the Review forum mentioned upthread for new things - that way they can be commented on very shortly after having done the workout - the delay kills it for me.
