kariev - no one in my TA check-in is on year 3 yet. I think, with the rest day every 10 days as scheduled, you would have to have skipped around to be on year 3...which I was tempted to do :-P!
After previewing a few of the levels, I think the only pieces of equipment used are: dumbbells, ankle weights, and the purple band that came with Teen Meta. Hmmm...just thought about that. I bought Teen Meta so got the band. What do they expect those who DIDN'T buy Teen Meta to do? Having wondered that, I don't particularly like the band and when I did a couple Teen Meta levels, I just tied one of my bands into a loop. You could probably buy an inexpensive loop band as well. The tricky part is getting it large enough and light enough resistance. The band is used for both arms and legs.
I don't think any of the moves are any more complicated than they have been. There are some that have two or three parts but that seems to have been the way in most of the Continuities.
The sequence is different in year three as well. In the beginning (Meta, Continuity 1.1 through 2.3) it was unweighted arms, weighted arms, abs, legs. In Continuity 2.4 it changed to short "warm-up", legs, arms, abs. Year three changes it again. It is arms, legs, abs. I guess to keep our bodies guessing :-).

ETA: I think I am going to like the arms section. It seems to go unweighted arms, arms with the purple band, weighted arms. I like the idea of extra arm work. What I really miss are standing abs :-(.
